2. What data we collect

Only what you send us through the request form on the home page (or by email): your name (optional), your email and your message. We use it only to reply to you and handle your request.

Legal basis: your consent when you send it and, if you ask us for a custom drop, steps taken at your request before a possible agreement (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).

We keep it only as long as needed to handle your request.

According to its privacy policy, it operates from India with providers such as AWS, Cloudflare and Hetzner, keeps submissions for up to three years unless a shorter period applies (for our form we’ve set it to 7 days), may pass your IP address and email to spam filters (CleanTalk, Akismet), and uses Standard Contractual Clauses for data leaving the EEA. 4. Your rights

You can ask us for access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to or restrict its processing, ask for portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hello@raw2top.com.
